Packaging and Shipping
Current turnaround time is 4 - 5 days. If you are placing a large order, please understand that I am a one-woman show so it may take longer to complete your order. I will keep in touch with you regarding the status of a large or custom order.
I offer two USPS shipping options, and both are very quick. Choose between standard 3-5 day shipping or priority 2-3 day shipping.
Every piece of jewelry will arrive in a sturdy cardboard jewelry box in Bone + Lava blue, wrapped in tissue paper and secured in a bubble mailer. For larger orders you may be upgraded to a shipping box instead of a bubble mailer.
If your order is a gift, please let me know in a note during checkout so I can omit payment details. You may include a note to the recipient with the package at your request at the time of the order.
International Shipping
Bone + Lava now offers international shipping to some countries. Below is the current list of international shipping destinations. If you do not see your country on this list, please use the contact form on this site to request that your country be added. Many countries place restrictions on jewelry, precious metals and gemstones.

Returns
I work hard to make sure every Bone + Lava customer has a good experience. If you are not happy with your order, you may return the package within 30 days in good condition at your cost for a refund. I ask that you include a note explaining the reason for the return so that I can improve. I am proud to offer free repairs for your Bone + Lava jewelry.
Lost Packages
If your package gets lost in transit I will do everything I can to assist you. I cannot be held responsible for packages once there is proof of delivery. Since I cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, I recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust.
