Thank you for choosing Bone + Lava. By using our Site, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth below. This Agreement may be revised at any time so it is recommended that you check back periodically when using this Site.

ORDERING: All of our products are handcrafted in California, so we are devoted to delivering to you the utmost quality and care with every package. Many products are made to order, so please allow up to three days handling time before shipment. If you have placed a large order, please understand that we may take longer to complete your order. We will keep in touch with you regarding the status of a large order. If you would like to order a larger quantity than is available on the site, hit the "Contact" button and let us know so we can make that option available to you. All orders are shipped USPS in secure packaging. If your order is a gift, you may include a note to the recipient with the package at your request at the time of the order. If you are not happy with your order, you may return the package within 30 days in good condition at your cost for a refund. We ask that you include a note explaining the reason for the return so that we can improve.

REPAIRS: If your jewelry breaks through normal use, please contact us so we can arrange to repair it for you. Depending on the nature of the damage, there may be a small cost to you for the cost of materials, but we will do our best to make it fair to both parties. We offer free repairs to our customers, but we reserve the right to decline a repair request at our discretion. We reserve the right to amend or remove this policy at any time.
