I design your jewelry with high quality materials to stay wearable for years, but sometimes life happens.
I want you to be happy with your Bone + Lava jewelry for years to come, so I offer free repairs. If your jewelry breaks through normal use, please use the contact form on this site to arrange a repair. Let me know the name of the item and your order number if possible. It will also help to know the nature of the damage. Some beads are one of a kind and cannot be replaced, but if it comes to that we can choose a similar bead or come up with another solution. I cannot reimburse you for shipping unfortunately. I reserve the right to decline a repair request.
