Shipping + Handling

Many products are made to order, so please allow up to three days handling time before shipment. If you have placed a large order, please understand that I may take longer to complete your order. I will keep in touch with you regarding the status of a large order. All orders are shipped USPS in secure packaging.

Every piece of jewelry will arrive in a sturdy cardboard jewelry box, wrapped in tissue paper and secured in a bubble mailer. For larger orders you may be upgraded to a shipping box instead of a bubble mailer.

Returns

I work hard to make sure every Bone + Lava customer has a good experience. If you are not happy with your order, you may return the package within 30 days in good condition at your cost for a refund. I ask that you include a note explaining the reason for the return so that I can improve. I am proud to offer free repairs for your Bone + Lava jewelry.
